COCCEC Slingers Darts - 9th September 2025

COCCEC invites you to attend an evening of darts, food and networking on

9th September 2025 from 6pm

at

Slingers, 1-3 Station Rd, Cambridge, CB1 2JB

6:00pm - 6:30pm – Arrive & welcome drink

6:30pm – 9:00pm – Darts & Food

9:00pm - Close – Drinks & Networking

Join us for a night of darts and networking at Slingers on Station Road, Cambridge. The event will start at 6pm before we split into groups with the darts beginning at 6:30 for two and a half hours. Each person will also be provided with 2 drinks during the course of the evening. During the darts food platters will be brought out for everyone to share, this will be a selection of sliders with fries and onion rings. Any dietary requirements must be included on the registration form. If this is not completed it will be assumed that there is no dietary requirements.  

Please note the venue can cater for gluten and dairy intolerant/allergic guests, however, please note the kitchen contain these allergens and therefore cross-contamination is possible even though they try to mitigate the risk. 

Event Attendance Information

Members' guests and non-members are very welcome to attend. Please note that attendance is limited to 2 people per company. This can be either:

• 2 members of the same company, or

• 1 member and 1 guest.

Cost of Attendance:

• Members: £30 per person

• Guests and Non-members: £45 per person

This fee includes two drinks, darts, and food.

Please note: Any additional beverages, food, or services ordered beyond the included provisions must be paid for by attendees on the day at the time of ordering, and will not be covered by COCCEC.

Important Registration Details:

• Your place is only confirmed once payment is received.

• If more than 2 individuals from the same company register, we will contact the company to confirm which registrations should be removed.

• If members wish to bring additional attendees, these can be added to a waitlist. Should space become available, waitlisted registrations will be confirmed two weeks prior to the event.

COCCEC will invoice non-members, and invoices must be settled, before the event.

The event will have a limited number of spaces available and early booking is required. PLEASE INCLUDE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS ON THE REGISTRATION FORM, IF THIS IS NOT COMPLETED IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT YOU HAVE NO DIETARY REQUIREMENTS.
