COCCEC invites you to attend an evening of darts, food and networking on
10th September 2024 from 6pm
at
Slingers, 1-3 Station Rd, Cambridge, CB1 2JB
6:00pm - 6:30pm – Arrive & welcome drink
6:30pm – 8:30pm – Darts & Food
8:30pm - Close – Drinks & Networking
Join us for a night of darts and networking at Slingers on Station Road, Cambridge. The event will start at 6pm before we split into groups with the darts beginning at 6:30 for two-hours. During the darts food platters will be brought out for everyone to share, this will be a selection of sliders with fries and onion rings. Each person will also be able be provided with 2 drinks during the course of the evening. While the darts is happening a secondary game will be setup called Hammerschlagen, this game involves hammering a nail into a log using the skinny side of the hammer and can be played in between darts throws.
Please note the venue can cater for gluten and dairy intolerant/allergic guests, however, please note the kitchen contain these allergens and therefore cross-contamination is possible even though they try to mitigate the risk.
Members' guests and non-members would be very welcome. The cost of event is £30 per person for members and £45 per person for guests and non-members. The cost covers two drinks, darts, Hammerschlagen and food provided. Any beverages, food or services ordered by guests in addition to the welcome drink and food provided must be paid for on the day at the time of ordering, and will not be paid by COCCEC.
COCCEC will invoice non-members, and invoices must be settled, before the event.
The event will have a limited number of spaces available and early booking is required. PLEASE INCLUDE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS ON THE REGISTRATION FORM, IF THIS IS NOT COMPLETED IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT YOU HAVE NO DIETARY REQUIREMENTS.
