Introducing new technologies into our projects and businesses will not solve our industry's digital transformation and innovation problems. The Digital transformation initiative “Digital Driven by Desire” aims to start a cultural change first, to allow technology to be easily adopted.
Marco aims to bring innovation and digitalisation to the construction industry in order to boost efficiency and productivity.
Marco has worked as an Associate Lecturer at London Metropolitan University, with a focus on technology and innovation.
His driving force in attempting to innovate the industry is a desire to do things differently; the standard method adopted in the construction industry of bringing technologies with the hope of these being adopted did not work. Marco considers this approach to be one of the primary causes of our industry's poor digitalisation.
