Programme: 

If you attend this construction-based seminar you will leave comprehending the driving principles of delay analysis. Tony Ciorra of Edge Consult will explain the mysteries of Contract Delay Analysis using simple diagrams and enthusiastic dialogue to allow delegates to understand the different contractual entitlement approach taken by NEC and JCT forms of contract.  This talk will shed light on a very complex subject.

 

Speaker:  

Tony Ciorra of Edge Consult is co-author of the first edition of the Chartered Institute of Building’s Guide to Good Practice in The Management of Time in Complex Projects. In addition, he has contributed to the Association for Project Management guide for Planning and Scheduling.

Tony gained his extensive experience on large construction projects in the commercial, health and retail sectors.  His construction experience includes both design and construction expertise.  He is process focused and has developed many easily tracked management procedures for all aspects of the projects from inception, design, through to commissioning and occupation. Tony is a Partner of Edge Consult which is a niche firm that provides clients with high quality project consultancy services staffed by dedicated specialists who can provide Dispute and Programme Management services and expert advice as and when needed. Tony regularly provides lectures and training services.


Registration from 12.30pm, with talk commencing at 1pm.  Buffet lunch will be provided.
