You are invited to an informal evening mediation event where mediators from Oxford Mediation will present a mock mediation between two owners of a construction business who have fallen out and are in dispute.

The mediation will be ‘live’, with stops and starts to allow opportunity for comments and questions.

This event would benefit anyone involved in construction or indeed in any other commercial activity. These days the Courts expect parties in dispute to have seriously considered mediation and ADR. Please come along to see the issues which might arise, and how the process might work.

This is a free event for COCCEC members and non members.
