Rachel is a solicitor and partner at Blake Morgan who specialises in construction and engineering matters, dealing with contentious, non-contentious and professional negligence issues.   Rachel will be presenting on the key changes between NEC3 and NEC4 construction contracts and exploring how to get the best out of the contract.

Carl is a director of Diales and an expert Project Manager. Carl will concentrate on the practicalities of working with the NEC forms of contract and the pitfalls commonly encountered by Project Managers including:

  • Risk Allocation;
  • Programming / time;
  • Payment process;
  • Compensation Events
